01. Coverage Period
All ResQtronix robotic units are covered by a 12-month Hardware Assurance Protocol beginning from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
02. Coverage Matrix
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Failure of electronic components within the warranty period
Motor and actuator operational failure (not caused by impact)
Sensor malfunction not caused by external damage
Firmware-related issues arising during authorized updates
Damage from unauthorized modifications or disassembly
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint wear)
Damage from misuse, abuse, or exposure to prohibited environments
Normal battery capacity degradation over time
03. Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our Support Nexus with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue. Photographic or video documentation of the defect is recommended to expedite processing.
Upon verification, we will coordinate with the relevant service centre and issue a prepaid return shipping label. Once the unit is received and inspected, a replacement or repaired unit will be dispatched within 15–20 business days.
04. Extended Coverage
Extended warranty plans are available for purchase within 30 days of your original order, adding an additional 12 or 24 months of coverage under the same terms. Contact our sales team for pricing and eligibility details.
05. Replacement Policy
Where a warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement unit of equal or equivalent specification. Replacement units are new or manufacturer-certified refurbished. All replacements carry the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
06. Standard Limited Warranty
ResQtronix provides a standard limited warranty for all new products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
07. What is Covered?
This limited warranty covers:
- Defects in materials.
- Defects in workmanship.
08. What is Not Covered?
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper installation or operation.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, filters) unless damage occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God.
09. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact Technical Support: Before returning any product, you must contact ResQtronix Technical Support at support@resqtronix.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
