To rescue a drowning victim, instead of jumping into the water, which can pose risks to the rescuer themselves, the rescuer simply throws the Hover Ark H3 Remote Control Rescue Buoy into the water and navigates the robotic device to the victim. Powerful motors, combined with a built-in powerful battery, allow it to virtually fly over calm or rough water and can carry the drowning victim back to shore or a safe place.
- No need to jump into the water to get wet and take risks from now on. Simply throw the H3 remote control lifebuoy into the water from the shore, boat or helicopter and use the remote control to navigate it to the victim, then carry the victim back.

- The powerful propulsion and remote-controlled course correction mechanism of the lifebuoy ensures that it can move against ocean waves (withstands 4~5 wind and wave force) and move upstream in fast waters, while maintaining a stable course and reliable operation.
- By utilizing the auto-return function, the Hover Ark H3 remote-controlled lifebuoy will always ensure that it can safely return to the user when the communication signal is lost for more than 15 seconds.
