We do not collect biometric data, location tracking data, or any information beyond what is required for order fulfillment and product improvement.
02. Order & Transaction Data
When you purchase a Resqtronix unit, we process payment information through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment credentials on our servers.
Order history, shipping details, and invoice records are retained for warranty validation and regulatory compliance.
03. Website Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors interact with our store — page views, product interest, and checkout behaviour. This data is aggregated and anonymized; it is never linked to individual identities.
