General Return Conditions

  • Return Window: Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Product: All returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning any product, you must contact ResQtronix Customer Service at returns@resqtronix.com or call +359 (XXX) XXX-XXXX to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number up to 48 hours. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive RMA Number: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to return your product.
  3. Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Eligibility Requirements: Units that show signs of damage, modification, or use beyond initial inspection are subject to a restocking assessment.
  5. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-configured units, replacement parts ordered individually, software licenses, and items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are non-returnable. Extended warranty plans may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  6. Ship the Product: Ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided by Customer Service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as ResQtronix is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  7. Exchanges: We offer direct exchanges for defective units or incorrect shipments. If you received the wrong product or a damaged unit, contact our Support ResQtronix immediately for expedited replacement processing at no additional cost.
  8. International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Refunds for international orders will be processed minus the original outbound shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
